Catholic Community Connection, (CCC) an organization of Catholic sponsored education, health care, human services and senior living ministries, fosters collaboration to respond to the needs of all people within the Diocese of Cleveland.

CCC responds to the needs of the whole person through the 17 partners that form a continuum of care. These ministries, the majority of which were founded by Women Religious, provide essential services and play an important economic role in our region.

CCC actively engages the partners in the development of collaborative initiatives and programs that enhance the quality and effectiveness of their services, strengthen Catholic Identity and attract mission-driven individuals to the workforce.

CCC facilitates a Summer Fellows Program (SFP), college internships with Religious Sisters as mentors. SFP includes Honoring the Sisters’ Legacy, where Sisters described their ministry, history and charism. CCC convenes meetings (in-person or virtual) on a variety of topics such as Servant Leadership, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), and marketing workshops for ministry staff.

CCC has presented the intergenerational programs Faith in Hard Times (panel of young professionals discuss their faith during the pandemic) and The Catholic Ministry Leadership Panel, three local ministry leaders share their stories about their work and faith with college students.

We are currently updating our website, developing new programs, and beginning work on the 2022 Summer Fellows Program.
