Higher Education with
Catholic Community Connection
While founded in the Catholic faith, our educational partners welcome students of all religions and backgrounds, as well as those with no religious affiliation. Their primary goal is to offer a wide range of academic, cultural, and spiritual opportunities so that students can become well-rounded adults.
We work closely with three local institutions to create intergenerational opportunities where students can engage in internships, volunteer opportunities, and service-learning projects. On going learning programs are also available throughout the year (virtually or in person) and our collaborative 10-week Summer Fellows Program offers students a real world, paid work experience at local Catholic ministries.
There are endless decisions to make when choosing if and where to attend college. Catholic Community Connection can help navigate many of those decisions, and offers a unique perspective by focusing on some of the considerations most relevant to those interested in a faith-based and values-oriented education.
Things to consider when deciding whether to attend a Catholic college or university
- Are you looking to enhance your spiritual growth?
- Are you seeking servant leadership opportunities?
- Are you hoping to incorporate Mass or Bible study into your schedule while pursuing your education?
- Are you interested in learning more about Catholic social justice?
Benefits of Attending a Catholic College or University
Class sizes are often small at Catholic colleges or universities, creating a more intimate learning environment.
